Carlos Oliveira Cruz completed his Agregação title on October 26, 2019, at the Instituto Superior Técnico of the University of Lisbon, his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering in 2011 from the same institution, his Master’s in Transport Engineering in 2007 from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto, and his Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering in 2004 also from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto and a Researcher at the Research and Innovation Institute for Civil Engineering and Sustainability at the University of Lisbon. He has published over 70 articles in WoS/Scopus-indexed journals and has two Highly Cited Papers in WoS. He has participated as a Researcher in 8 projects and as Principal Investigator in 3 projects. His work focuses on Engineering and Technology Sciences, with an emphasis on Civil Engineering.
